Returns Policy

Our 45-day guarantee
We offer a 45-day return window on all GlowBrush orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 45 days of receiving it for a full refund.
This is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 45 days of the delivery date
- The item should be in its original condition where possible
- You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
We also accept returns on faulty or damaged items outside this window — please contact us and we will make it right.
How to return
- Email us at hello@tavirae.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and post it back to the address we provide
- Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
We will refund the full product price. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Faulty or damaged items
If your GlowBrush arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us at hello@tavirae.com with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return postage required.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel any distance purchase for any reason, beginning the day after you receive your order.
