Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order by email. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your item.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, for example if a product becomes unavailable or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by destination.

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.

Free standard delivery is offered on orders over £30. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Products

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, our 45-day returns policy applies.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the physical product.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never store your payment details.

By submitting payment, you confirm that the payment method is yours and that sufficient funds are available.

Returns and refunds

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. You have 45 days to return any item for a full refund, and statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.

Intellectual property

All content on tavirae.com including text, images, and design is owned by or licensed to Tavirae. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tavirae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.
